2N IP Verso Touch Keypad and RFID Reader

The 2N IP Verso Touch Keypad and RFID Reader gives a 2N intercom a PIN pad and a reader for the common 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz cards. Pick this module when the site uses standard (non-secured) credentials. It fits the module bus of the 2N IP Verso family, so a single intercom can answer calls, accept PIN codes and read badges at the same door.

PIN Codes Plus Cards

The keypad is useful both for entering access PINs and, on the 2N IP Verso, for calling individual users. The reader beside it accepts the cards most sites already own: EM4xxx and HID Prox at 125 kHz, and ISO14443A, iClass (PicoPass), FeliCa and ST SR(IX) at 13.56 MHz.

Where It Fits Best

Because this variant does not read the secured 13.56 MHz formats such as MIFARE DESFire or HID SE Seos, it suits buildings with legacy or basic credentials. For a high-security card system, use the secured version of the same module instead.
