AXIS T8120 15 W 1-Port PoE Midspan
The AXIS T8120 Midspan 15 W 1-port is a single-port PoE injector that adds IEEE 802.3af power to one network camera or other PoE device. It sits between a standard (non-PoE) switch and the device, sending data and up to 15.4 W of power over a single Ethernet cable at 10/100/1000 Mbps. It works with Axis PoE Class 1-3 products and mounts on a wall or shelf, or on a DIN rail with an optional clip.

Installation and Use
- Plug-and-play: the midspan detects a PoE device automatically and supplies inline power.
- Connect the switch to the data-in port and the camera to the data-and-power port with shielded Cat 5 or higher cable.
- Front-panel LEDs show AC power and port status (power and fault).
- For a device without built-in PoE, use it together with a PoE splitter.
