AXIS M3058-PLVE Panoramic Camera – 12 MP 360° Outdoor Mini Dome with IR

The AXIS M3058-PLVE is a 12 MP outdoor-ready panoramic dome that gives a complete 360° or 180° overview from one camera, day and night. It uses Forensic WDR and Lightfinder for detail in difficult light, OptimizedIR for surveillance in total darkness, and streams dewarped panorama, quad, corner and corridor views directly from the camera. The IK10 vandal-resistant, IP66 and NEMA 4X casing can be blended in with the optional skin cover. It covers parking lots, entrances and courtyards.

Complete Overview, No Blind Spots

A fixed 1.3 mm lens covers 181° horizontally and vertically. Stream the full 360° overview at up to 2992x2992 and dewarp it in the VMS, or stream dewarped panorama, double panorama, quad, corner and corridor views from the camera, with digital PTZ in up to four view areas at the same time.

Sharp Images in Any Light

Forensic WDR (up to 120 dB depending on scene) keeps detail when bright and dark areas share the frame, Lightfinder gives color down to 0.19 lux, and OptimizedIR with adaptable intensity lights the scene with a range of reach of 15 m (49 ft) or more depending on scene, down to 0 lux.

Analytics and I/O

AXIS Motion Guard, AXIS Fence Guard, AXIS Loitering Guard, AXIS Video Motion Detection and active tampering alarm are included, and AXIS Camera Application Platform supports third-party apps. A terminal block gives one supervised alarm input and one digital output to trigger actions or control devices such as lights or doors.

Rugged, Easy Installation

The polycarbonate and aluminium casing with a hard-coated dome is IK10-, IP66- and NEMA 4X-rated, with encapsulated electronics and captive screws. It is factory focused, runs from -40 °C to 50 °C on PoE Class 3 (typical 7.8 W, max 12.95 W), and the HDMI output and pixel counter help during setup.
