The MegaVox 2 uses a high-efficiency re-entrant horn driver tuned for speech (400 Hz to 10 kHz). It reaches 119 dB at 1 m from a 20 W amplifier, and Anchor rates it for an area of about 75 x 150 ft. and crowds of about 1,000 people. A signal alert button on the control panel gets attention before an announcement.

All-Day Battery Power

A built-in 12 V LiFePO4 battery (5 Ah) gives 7+ hours of playtime and recharges fully in about 5 hours. An active fuel gauge on the panel shows the remaining charge.

AnchorLink Wireless Microphones

The built-in AnchorLink receiver works with up to 4 Anchor Audio WH-LINK handheld or WB-LINK belt pack mics (sold separately). AnchorLink runs on 1.9 GHz (1920-1930 MHz in the USA and Canada), with a range of 300+ ft. line of sight. Each mic runs on two AA batteries for 8-10 hours of continuous use.
