Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We stock most items listed however some items may be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer in the event stock is not on hand.  For stock items, orders placed before 3:00pm CST typically ship the same day.  Manufacturer drop ship items typically ship within 1-2 business days.  In the event shipping will be delayed longer than 3 business days we will contact you with the ETA on shipping.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  We use negotiated shipping rates to help our customers save on shipping costs.  We do also offer FREE SHIPPING on orders totaling $999.00 or higher.  Free shipping is always an economy, least expensive option.

Returns Policy

Affinitech Store accepts returns on a limited basis. We accept hardware returns for 30 days after purchase. Hardware must be in the original unopened and sealed packaging to be eligible for return. Software licensing and professional services are not eligable for returns or refunds. Affinitech Store reserves the right to refund your order less a 25% restocking fee on anything we believe was used or opened. To request and RMA please email us HERE

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
